There is talk among several city and
county leaders concerning the Center of
Town and our Dojo. The COT provides a
valuable service to 100's of citizens in our
community.
Talk is that these leaders feel it would be
best to demolish the COT. If this happens,
there will be jobs lost, parents forced to
find new childcare providers, and many
children forced to use public after school
programs.
I would like to request that you make your
voice and concerns heard by calling the
Mayor, City Council, and County Judge.
Give the ones you elected a call and
voice your opinion. The Center of Town
serves 100's and provides a safe, fun, and
educational environment for many of the
communities youth.

1/26/12
There has been some confusion. We will continue to meet
at the County Park Concession Barn on Tuesday nights
from 6:00 - 8:00. We will be at this location until the C.O.T
reopens and or around April. We will not be starting any
new classes until we have a permanent location. Hope to
see you all back on Tuesday night. God Bless......
1/17/12
The roof of our Dojo was torn off by a storm the rolled
through town today (1/17/12). Due to the extensive
damage, all karate classes have been cancelled until
further notice. Please continue to train at home and check
the web site daily for updates. As soon as we find a
temporary home, we will let all RTMMA students and family
members know via this web site. There were no injuries.
The National Defense Authorization Act "NDAA" recently
signed into law by President Obama allows for American
citizens to be arrested on U.S soil and held by the U.S
military "indefinately" and without charges or trial. This
pretty much dumps the constitutional provisions and
protections of "Habeas Corpus" and "Posse Comitatus". We
should be scared.....really scared ! This has got be
repealed ASAP. The U.S Military oath of enlistment calls for
protection of the Constitution against all enemies foreign
and domestic. Exactly 180 degrees opposite of the NDAA.
Get ready Barney, you can now strike fear in the hearts of
Mayberry's citizens....your day is near.
